The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a 2024 mandate requiring states to strengthen their pollution standards and now it’s up to Texas to act. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has yet to commit to adopting the new rules that would reduce harmful emissions and improve air quality across the state.

You have an opportunity to make a difference.

Stop by the Climate Action Team table on Sunday to write a brief message urging TCEQ to follow the EPA’s mandate and implement stronger pollution regulations to protect our health, environment, and future. These messages will be hand-delivered to the TCEQ at their public meeting on August 12, ensuring that your concerns are heard directly by decision-makers.
