Intro to Meditation – Starts September 28th

In this introductory series, we’ll explore how meditation can deepen our connection to the present moment, awaken inner wisdom, and cultivate compassion for ourselves and others. Each session will include a short teaching, a guided meditation, and time for reflection and shared inquiry. No prior experience is needed.
Together, we’ll explore:
