Prepare for your donation: stay hydrated and get a good night’s rest the night before.
Donation day: eat a good meal, bring a valid photo I. D. and complete your health questionnaire (QuickScreen) before arriving to the blood drive.
QuickScreen must be completed on the day of your donation. Please note that the donation process will take between 45 minutes to an hour.

Universal blood type O negative is in high demand, as the only type used to support premature and unborn babies.
