Rev. Daniel Kanter’s 2024 Summer Reading List
“I don’t always get through all my books but I love a summer book shelf with a mix of fiction and non-fiction, mysteries to make my brain twist and things to learn. This summer I am particularly interested in “Master Slave Husband Wife,” a story about a couple who escaped enslavement in Georgia using disguises and ingenuity. I am also diving back in to the third book I have read this year by Sebastian Barry strictly because his writing is sublime. And I will try and learn something from “Filterworld” about how we are being tracked and fed materials because of our online footprint. Enjoy!”
