New Connect Group – UU AI – Starting August 17th

Meets the third Sunday of each month
12:15 pm in Hallman 301 starting August 17th

The group will discuss technologies including AI and their impact on  society, culture, spirituality and humanity. The group will discuss the first three chapters of “The Age of AI” by Kissinger, Schmidt, Huttenlocher. One particular request from the group lead: Chapter 2 focuses heavily on western history and philosophy. Anyone knowledgeable about Eastern philosophy (Buddhism, Taoism, Confucius, Hinduism) are welcome to bring their thoughts to the group.
