Navigating Grief – starts April 24th
Wednesdays, April 24 – May 29, 7 – 8:45pm, Hallman Room 301
As we remember the death of your loved one, we continue to hold you in our hearts and prayers.
We will once again offer our 6-session class, “Navigating Grief – Healing from Loss” this spring. We now offer the class in person in the spring, and on ZOOM in the fall, so that those who are farther away can participate. We hope you will consider joining us.
Navigating Grief provides a time for those who have experienced the death of a loved one or other form of deep loss, to gain a greater understanding of grief and loss, have a safe place to experience their grief, and learn ways to cope with the emotions around the loss.
Significant loss can be challenging and life-changing, often accompanied by ongoing grief. Navigating Grief is helpful to both those who have had a recent loss and those who are coping with the enduring grief of older losses. The class is not group therapy. This program offers a healing experience through reflection and interaction; it is an opportunity for deeper exploration and sharing.
Give yourself the gift of time and support to pause, reflect, and learn ways to heal and take care of yourself.
The Spring class will meet on 6 consecutive Wednesday nights, April 24th through May 29th at 7:00 p.m. Participants are requested to attend all 6 sessions to fully benefit.
We look forward to being with you on this part of your journey through grief.
