Monthly Potluck & Ritual hosted by Earth Centered Spirituality – May 31st

5:30 – 7:30 pm in the Foyer at First Unitarian Church of Dallas

Earth Centered Spirituality is an intergenerational group at First Church that offers a place for seekers of all backgrounds to come together to honor the interconnectedness of all living beings and the sacredness of the natural world.

Join us this month for a potluck followed by a series of Earth meditations and yoga poses & stretches (beginner level, seated options.) Bring the whole family – we’ll have activities for children who do not wish to sit for the spiritual practice.

Here is your checklist for Friday’s gathering:

✅ Please make sure to RSVP and sign up for potluck items if you can in the Earth Centered Spirituality group on Realm.

✅ Wear comfy clothes that you can easily move in for the yoga poses.

✅ Bring a yoga mat if you have one. (We will have some available if you do not have one.)

Our. monthly gatherings are open to individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs who wish to come together in reverence for nature and community.
