Our musical ensembles offer members and friends of first Church access to small, caring communities, opportunities for fellowship, and meaningful engagement.
Children’s Choir
Our children’s choir is open to 5 year olds up through 7th grade. Children will experience the joy of music-making in community while finding their voice,
Sanctuary Choir
This 55-member choir provides musical leadership for Sunday morning worship approximately twice a month, as well as holiday services.
Kindred Voices
This 45-voice adult choir is geared toward those who have had little or no singing experience, and those who simply want to enjoy singing easier music in a choir with fewer performance responsibilities than the Sanctuary Choir.
By Your Side Singers
By Your Side Singers offers the gift of song, to bring people ease and comfort through music during times of illness. Singers go in small groups to visit people where they are–in their homes, or in hospice, hospital, rehabilitation, memory care, and other settings.
First Church Jazz Combo
The church’s jazz combo is comprised of professional and semi-professional jazz musicians who get together for a few rehearsals prior to each performance.
