First Sunday Giveback funds help Family Gateway to provide shelter for 60 families

In October 2022, our congregation donated $21,191.31 through First Sunday Giveback to support Family Gateway, an organization dedicated to empowering families experiencing homelessness. With these funds, they were able to provide emergency shelter in hotels for approximately 60 families since December.

First Sunday Giveback has been proudly funding area not-for-profits since 2006. 100% of each First Sunday plate collection is given to a worthy nonprofit making a difference, as well as 50% of the month’s remaining collections. Learn more here.
