First Sunday Giveback – Nominations Due October 31
First Sunday Giveback has been proudly funding area not-for-profits since 2006. 100% of each First Sunday plate collection is given to a worthy nonprofit making a difference, as well as 50% of the month’s remaining collections.
Want to nominate an organization for First Sunday Giveback?
First Church sources nominations for nonprofits from our congregation, because so many of our members have firsthand knowledge of who is doing good for others in our community that could benefit from our church’s support.
NOMINATE AN ORGANIZATION:
Completed nomination forms will be accepted until October 31, 2025 for January – May 2026 recipients.
If you are not able to complete the entire form in one sitting, please follow these instructions:
- Scroll to the bottom of the form and click the “Save” button
- Create an account with your email address – be sure to remember your password as you will need it when you are ready to complete the form.
- Immediately after you create an account, you will receive an email from Jotform with the subject line “Please verify your account.” Open it and click “Verify Your Email.”
- You will be taken to https://www.jotform.com/listings/, where you will be able to find your saved form under “My Drafts.”
- To share the form with someone else, scroll to the bottom of the form and select “Save,” then “Get shareable link.” They will need to have your login info in order to complete the form.
