He is the author of “Love Beyond God” and maintains his own blog\, Spirituwellness.org. In 2021\, he contributed to the Harvard Kennedy School LGBTQ Policy Journal with “Religious Equity: A Path to Greater LGBTQ Inclusion.” Dyer has worked with the Alliance for Boys and Men of Color in Oakland\, California; My Brother’s Keeper in Cambridge\, Massachusetts; and PICO Networks with a focus toward equity\, gender and sexuality. He is currently in the Religious Studies Ph.D. program at the University of Virginia.
