Crafty Bake Sale: Bakers, crafters, and volunteers needed!
The Women’s Alliances Crafty Bake Sale annual fundraiser returns in November!
The Crafty Bake Sale is organized by the Women’s Alliances annually and is one of their two annual fundraisers. All the money raised is donated to organizations within the church and in the larger community, as voted on annually by members of the WDA and WEA.
Last year we donated $8,000 to our favorite charities from our Crafty Bake Sale proceeds. Recipients included the Center for Reproductive Rights, Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center, Texas Equal Access Fund and the Truth Pregnancy Resource Center, among others.
This year, we again welcome the participation of all Alliance members, and we invite the support of members and friends of the church. There is an opportunity for everyone to help. We need bakers, crafters, and workers before, during, and after Crafty Bake Sale 2025. Thank you in advance for your participation!
Crafty Bake Sale 2025 Schedule
Friday, November 21 – drop off from 2pm-5pm. This is the preferred drop off window for crafted treasures and homemade baked creations to sell on Saturday. We will start setting up on Friday, so we will be ready to sell on Saturday.
Saturday, November 22 from 11am-3pm. Join the Festive Party exclusively for Alliance members and those who have donated crafts and baked goods. This is your opportunity to relax, enjoy a snack, and shop from a wide selection of delicious and unique discoveries. This is also a drop-off window for anything you have made or crafted.
Sunday, November 23 from 8:45am- 1pm. This is the time the Crafty Bake Sale is open to ALL church members and guests.
