We are seeking a Director of Adult Ministries & Leadership Development to provide leadership and oversight of faith development programs for adults (including youth who have completed the Odyssey and/or Coming of Age programs); design and manage opportunities for adults to explore, clarify, and develop their spiritual values and grow into engaged church members and leaders; and manage the Faith Forward Spiritual Leadership Path.
