Chart and Compass 2010 is the collective work of scores of church members since 2003. The final document is the synthesis of the initiatives developed by nine teams, working over several months in 2005. Working together and in small group sessions, we challenged ourselves to
- think of new ways to leverage our potential to foster relationships and opportunities for members to articulate and live their spirituality,
- become more influential in North Texas and in Unitarian Universalism nationwide,
- ensure continuity in paid and volunteer positions, and
- accommodate growth and change.
We deeply appreciate their dedication, tireless work and talents.
